How to remove your Mocka3D account and associated data

Mocka3D lets you delete your account and all associated data right from the app. This page describes the steps to follow, what data is removed, and how to proceed if you can no longer access the app.

Delete your account from the app

The recommended way to delete your account is from the app installed on your device. Follow these steps:

Open the Mocka3D app and sign in with the account you want to delete.
Tap the «Settings» tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap your name or the account block to open «Account».
Scroll down to the «Danger zone» section and tap «Delete account».
Confirm the action in the dialog. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

What gets deleted

When you confirm the deletion, the following data is immediately and permanently removed:

Your user account (email address and profile data from the sign-in provider, Google or Apple).
All mockups you have shared and their public links: the «mocka3d.com/p/…» URLs you sent to your clients will return a 404.
The design and preview images you uploaded to our storage.
Your favorites, mockup history, and account-related preferences.

What is retained

After deletion, Mocka3D does not keep personally identifiable information. However, the following may remain for a limited period for technical and legal reasons:

Anonymous usage and error logs generated by our providers (Supabase, RevenueCat) without identifiable information, subject to each service’s standard retention.
Pro subscription billing records kept by Apple App Store or Google Play under their own policies. Mocka3D does not control this information.
Encrypted database backups overwritten through our provider’s normal retention cycle.

If you can’t access the app

If you uninstalled Mocka3D, lost access to your account, or cannot complete the flow inside the app, email us at sublitool@gmail.com from the address associated with your account using «Delete account» as the subject line.

We process the request within 7 business days and confirm by email once the data has been removed.

Pro subscription

Deleting your Mocka3D account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the store where you made the purchase: Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel the subscription before deleting your account to avoid future charges.
