This Privacy Policy describes how Mocka3D collects, uses and protects the information of users of the Mocka3D mobile application. Mocka3D respects its users’ privacy and is committed to protecting their personal data.
1. Information we collect
Mocka3D may collect the following categories of information:
- Account data: if you register, your email and the name or profile picture provided by the sign-in provider.
- User content: the images and designs you upload to generate mockups.
- Subscription data: subscription status and transaction identifiers managed by the stores and the subscription provider. No card data is collected.
- Device and usage data: device type, operating system version, App version, language, anonymous identifiers, crash reports and usage metrics.
2. How we use your information
The information collected is used to:
- provide and operate the service by rendering and storing your mockups;
- manage your account and Pro subscription, including syncing Pro access across devices;
- improve the App, fix bugs and understand how features are used;
- communicate important changes to the service.
3. Anonymous use
The App can be used without creating an account. Even the Pro subscription can be purchased anonymously; in that case, Pro access is tied to the anonymous device identifier and not to a personal account.
Mocka3D does not sell or trade its users’ personal data.
4. Content storage
Designs uploaded by the user are stored in Mocka3D’s backend infrastructure for the sole purpose of rendering and exporting their mockups. You can delete your content at any time.
5. Third-party services
Mocka3D relies on third-party providers that process data on its behalf. Each one has its own privacy policy:
- Supabase: database, storage and authentication.
- RevenueCat: subscription management.
- Apple App Store and Google Play: distribution and payment processing.
- Analytics and crash-reporting services: usage and stability metrics.
6. Data retention
Mocka3D retains user data while the account remains active or while it is necessary to provide the service. When the account is deleted, the associated data is removed within a reasonable period.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data. The App allows you to delete your account and the associated data from its settings.

8. Children’s privacy
Mocka3D is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If it is detected that data from a minor has been collected without proper consent, that data will be deleted.
9. Security
Mocka3D applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and database access control. However, no transmission or storage method is completely secure.
10. International transfers
Data may be processed and stored on servers located outside the user’s country of residence. By using the App, you accept such processing in accordance with this policy.
11. Changes to this policy
Mocka3D may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be communicated within the App or through the available contact channels. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
