Frequently asked questions

How do I cancel my Mocka3D Pro subscription? +

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Mocka3D and choose cancel. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for.

How do I request a refund? +

Payments are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested at reportaproblem.apple.com with your Apple account. If you need help with the process, reach out to us.

The mockup looks different from the final product +

Mockups are an approximate preview. Colors, highlights and proportions can vary with your screen, the inks and the sublimation conditions, so small differences from the physical product are expected.

How do I delete my account and data? +

In the app, go to your account settings and choose delete account. Your designs and associated data are removed within a reasonable time frame.
